
The Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency wished to engage with their customers on social media, to not only educate and inform them but add another dimension to their customer service in this increasingly digital world.
By carefully targeting their core demographic, we were able to increase PICA’s exposure and add value to their customers with an immediate point of access for customer service available online. Responses were handled within 10 minutes during working hours, and the client received numerous 5-star reviews noting the same. During our period of management PICA became the #1 government page in Jamaica on the basis of like rankings i.e. average engagement and likes per post.
Under our management, PICA saw impressive metrics reaching an average of over 324,239 unique people with well over 515,461 impressions monthly. As at October 2018, we currently have 78,598 followers throughout 3 platforms, with sizeable month-on-month increases in following and engagement rates.
