
The CARICOM Reparations Commission wished to have a presence in social media to alert the world to their cause, develop communities where discussions about reparations could take place and educate and empower the public about the case for reparatory justice.
As the CRC had no social media presence before, we had a clean slate to begin working with. By engaging with different online communities across our platforms, we were able to establish our presence and at an incredible rate.
With our help, the CRC channels saw outstanding growth reaching over 2,381,088 persons with 2,959,418 impressions made over the duration of our management.
Fans on Facebook, Instagram & Twitter stood at 32,079, 673 and 1,230, respectively. Engagement rates on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter increased by 320968.42%, 27506.67% and 277982.35%, respectively with over 1,655 comments being made.
These metrics represent stellar growth but not only have we grown the audience for the CRC, we have empowered the fans who are extremely passionate about the cause.
