
The Broadcasting Commission of Jamaica wished to engage with their customers on social media to educate them about media content regulation, as well as developing trends and concerns of the modern digital world.
By constant review and revisions, we were able to increase BCJ’s exposure and position them as not only a content regulator, but as thought leaders. During the course of our management, BCJ has continued to see growing engagement in all key KPIs.
Under our management, BCJ saw metrics reaching over 79,176 unique people with 93,722 impressions on average, per monthly. As at October 2018, we currently have 48,004 followers throughout 3 platforms, with month-on-month increases in engagement rates and audience sizes. All of this was achieved with in less than 1 year.
Using ever-current strategies to combat frequent social media algorithm changes, we continue to observe growth of audience sentiments and engagements.
